I got my s/c installed last year in December and I installed the NST pulley a couple of months ago with Denny. The only problem I've ever had with the s/c is one of the oil seals going bad (i posted pics a few pages back). The one located where the shaft meets the blower. But even when that occured, I didn't notice a wierd sound or anything like that...there was just oil leaking. But I read up on it and supposively that has happened to ppl without any mods on their car. I personally wouldn't blame the pulley for w/e problem ur having. It could be just a bad s/c i guess. Maybe it's the bearings that just went bad or something. Keep me updated!
Do u have video of what it sounds like?
