Ok starting to check out the other laptop..its an HP. It runs slow and the wireless does not work . First thing imma do is defragment, anything you guys recommend to as far as the basics to help it?

 

download Avast and SPybot, have avast do a boottime scan, then do a spybot scan, that should take care of any viruses and spyware stuff, usually that takes care of some of the computers I check.
