I just started playing around with the computer yesterday.

How can I check the OS version?

I installed a few things already though, Msn Messenger/Aim/Yahoo, like 25 widgets, World of Warcraft, Spore, and some programming SDKs. I had to do all the apple updates. That took a while.

It takes some getting used to. But so far, I like it x1000000 more than Vista ^^

I would like to get CS4 and Final Cut Pro. Thats about it.

the widgets u can DL are sweet... theres over 1k of them and ive got a pretty good chunk of them at home... great for small stupid things to large tasks actually

to find out the latest version of your OSx go to Apple (up top) and go to "about this mac".. it will give u all the specs and will say which OS u have . it will read Version: 10.4. what ever.. or 10.(w.e).(w.e) depending on your updates.. for example.. my work reads 10.5.6 ... after each update the number chages so it helps u keep track of exactly what update and OSx u have...
