OK Zach congrats on the wheels...onto the subject at hand. You also have the choice to just cut the fenders and that works fine as well and usually cheaper. Most custom shops perfer this method anyways. Its going to be hard to find one person to just have a fender roller but keep some things in mind. More then likely your fender paint will be ruined...try to use heat and salvage as much as possible. If you could drive to Jax Style bB could hook you up with a fender roller possibly...

Yeah, use a heat gun!
Also, try to score the paint with a razor along that rubbery/gluey lining. That way, if the paint cracks, it'll crack along that line and it won't be visible from the outside.
I heard that if you cut your fenders, depending on how much, they might loose their rigidity and start to flex. Rolling at least keeps all the metal there. so that's another thing to think about

first off, thanks for everyone's advice and input!
it'll be a few more days until the wheels are slapped on.
so from there, i'll see whats up. most likely i'll have to do
something about the fender though.
Willie with the TEIN green Volks got his fenders cut.
he said it helped, but the rubbing problem hasn't
went away completely, so i dunno.
the bat method seems cool, but i would
wanna see that in person, not just pics.
just kinda scary hearing stories about paint
chip this and that. maybe they didn't do it right?
but we'll see in a few days.
THANKS AGAIN everyone. much appreciated.

well Zach as everyone has said if your gonna roll it...it can be a real fender roller or bat you must heat the paint and score the paint to avoid too much damage. Also Wayne and Chris cut thier fenders and it worked great but the problem is that they only cut the top portion and left the portion closes to the door. You must keep in mind of when you hit speed bumps or mainly your back end drops your caster gets thrown out of whack and moves hella forward. With your offset and widths it shouldnt be too bad though...just after you roll or cut have someone sit in the back hatch and go up and down to test the caster before you hit a big bump and lose a chunk of tire...
