I'll be there around 8:30ish, park, maybe check the music at Virgin Records and then get something to eat

Only Barr (nice nice ride by the way ) and I talked for a while parking lot, but far away from the front of the Virgin Records building. We were parked in the last row of the lot right near the main avenue.

It was hard finding a spot in front of the building, especially last night (they must have known we were going to be there, just kiddin' ) that there were 5 police cars in front of the store and they had one of the roads closed. So that made it difficult for us to just park and wait for people. I drove by a few of times and that got their attention immediately.

I saw two xB's driving together by the Hess gas station, in the distance one looked like a two tone custom dark Blue one with blue lights underneath and a grey one, but again it was hard to speed out of the lot and follow people around with so many patrol cars in the area.

So it would be better if we choose a specific spot in the lot to wait at... any suggestions... the parking lot in the back by House of Blues? I saw three tC's parked but away from each other back there at about 9:40pm.

Or maybe that same last row in the back of the main parking lot in from of the Virgin records building.

Well we'll see what goes on next week.

Let's try 9:00pm this week. First go to the front of the Virgin Records store parking lot in Down Town Disney (beside the Cirque du Soleil). Try to park there by the Virgin Records sign. I know is hard to find a spot but we'll try.

If no parking spots are available we can go to the lot in the back by House of Blues near the bus stop.

We'll see how this works this week. Bring a camera

 

I'm a KAD guy.... I hope ya'll dont mind if I meet up with you guys. I've got the Indigo Ink Pearl TC. I will try to be there at 9:00pm by the Virgin Records sign. If you all see me before I see you...start honking. I'm a stock TC with KAD stickers on my rear side windows. My name is Joe 23 years old.

 

No problem at all, there are some tC owners that go out on Thursday's and park in the Virgin area, I do not know if they read this and go, or if they are always there on Thursday.

I 'll try to find a parking spot right up front the big red Virgin Records store letters. It is hard to get parking spots there but I'll try again. I will start there and then go to the parking lot in the back by HOB. If I park, I will take a quick walk inside the V. store to check on some music and then walk back out to see if anyone shows up.

ok guys here is a little hint, if you wanna meet up down there, dont park at Downtown disney, meet up at the hilton, there is a huge parking lot there that no one uses half of...

I like the idea of meeting in the back of the parking lot. I was about to leave and then I saw Amlux across from me at the stop sign. I looked to my left and saw redline...although I didn't know it was him. Amlux and I parked by HOB and talked...then we went back to virgin and say a car that looked like your redline.

Anyways... next week lets get it set up for meeting in the back of the parking lot. It's much easier to find scions when you aren't dodging tourist. Maybe we can get some cell phone action.

Nate, I thought I was driving far from sanford/lake mary... Once I firm up if I am going next week I will make sure you have my cell so you don't make the drive for nothing.

 

ight thats cool sickle. i think tho don might have a point about parkin at the hilton cause for one you dont have to deal with the tourist and two the parking lot isnt full of cars al the time like doanown disney is. whereever we park is fine to me i jusst want it so we all designate to one spot so we dont get mixed up or lost

Like you said there were a lot of Scions everywhere in the parking lot but we do not know who was there for the meet and which were just from people hanging out at DTD.

Anyway it is looking better and the word is getting out.

And it would be great to increase the numbers so we can actually go for the "cruizin'" part of the night from Virgin R. to Sonic using the back roads by the Olive Garden on 535 towards International Dr.

SickleCell you said your ride was "stock" but it is not looking very stock anymore, nice ride

One cool note; we saw a couple of pimped out Civic's when we got there. They drove by our parked car and they slowed down to check it out. So we are not sure if we are attracting other car owners too since last week we saw those tricked out Acura's parked in the back too. I do not know but maybe we can "Sciontize" them and make them come on over to the "dark side" and make them buy a Scion ride.
