I have only had the Oil changed... and air filter changed... I know that really bad, So being a female and all... I am at a disadvantage of knowing what I need to do when I go in to a mechanic... Not only do I want to make sure they take care of the exact stuff they need to, but I want to make sure I know what to look for to make sure it was taken care of.. Im assuming if I got to a scion dealership they are going to be really expensive...

Also I have referred to the Manual that comes with the car... but I have have had any maintenance except for what I mentioned, and the Manual lists all this stuff that needs to be done at all different Mileage ranges... Im at 120,000.

Like Loren said you should most likely have to change the sparkplugs. If Im not mistaken xB sparkplugs are due at 100k mileage.

Also may want to check the belts....but even if you go into the dealer to have your sparkplugs changed have them look for anything else. If they find something they think should be replaced you are not obligated to have any other services done than what you asked for. You can also ask them to print out a bill of all the things they recommend you do and come back and let us know what they said....
