Forgot to ask.. does anyone have an idea why only one of the two trim levels has a "Reverse Indicator"? I don't suppose that is referring to the reverse light is it? I mean with the TC2's an all..

That's because it does, overall looks much better.

I'm interested to see what the front and rear lamps end up looking like. The BRZ leading up to Tokyo had the fogs and turn signals integrated on the bottom and now it isn't, which looks a little better. And for the rear where the reverse will be since you know it wont come with that lower rev/fog light layout. I still don't understand the 5x100 bolt pattern though.

How come nothing from the FR-s? I thought it was debuting also.

I'm pretty sure that's the final product. Every 86 produced so far looks like that. And that BRZ is a "display model" which I assume means it's done.

FR-S is coming at 9:30 their time according to what someone said in that thread.

Just about identical, except the BRZ is a little lower and wider (which looks good). I figured it would be close but different countries have different standards and models always differ some.

I'll be checking back here and FT86club in the am to see the FR-s

That's just lens distortion. Dimensions are the same.

BRZ specs:

86 specs:

Ride height isn't given, but it looks to be the same on 17s, judging by wheel gap. Although the BRZ front bumper looks to be slightly lower on the corners.

I like the way the turn singles are actually mounted in the head lamp assembly of the BRZ.

^ me too, I think. Being the foreign model we'll have to see what the US model looks like. I hope it has a more BRZ setup for the fog light/turn signal seeing as this changed from the "leaks" to the debuted BRZ.

I hope it stays on the bumper. It's reminiscent of older Japanese cars. Plus it appears the BRZ doesn't have the LED DRLs because of the signal.

Is that half track looking thing on the BRZ headlight not a LED DRL? If you look close it seems that it does I just haven't seen them lit

Maybe it has a diffused LED strip like on the new Taurus. But if you look on the 86 you can see them even when they're off.

Speaking of head lights are those halos around the turn signal on the BRZ? And the led strip on the BRZ ur talking about makes a C shape but more squared off surrounding the headlight. I cant wait to see this thing illuminated and what is the strange device on the intake system. At first I thought it was a super charger but I'm stumped..

FR-S spotted in Cali on the way to the reveal probably. It seems we're just getting regular high beam DRLs. Signals are still on the bumper.
