No, you should not. Forum moderators are trying to keep the threads about the new tC to a minimum. That's why I say what I said initially. You can start one and just as quickly as it went up, it'll come down much quicker.

Haven't you read the comments in this thread, they don't want another 50 of them going down the same path.

The Cement color on the tC in person is the business. Jack said that bloodshot will probably be a standard color too. I can't wait!

Also, I don't know if anyone noted this, but the standard wheel size is 225/45/18. STRONG!

 

You know.... if you would have asked, I could have added a poll to this thread. That way we wouldn't need a second thread JUST for a poll (really?). And I believe that was why the first one got removed... not sure.

Secondly if you guys keep up the stupid Kia/whatever else discussion, I'm going to just lock this. Seriously if some of you want to write novels about how much you hate the new tC - that's fine. Do it somewhere else. Let other people actually get in on the conversation here and not have to filter through your crap.

Thanks for the willingness to put up a poll. Also, a suggestion is to group the choices by opinion instead of by ownership status, like I did. It shows a clearer picture.

This is my last post in this thread since it looks like censorship will step in. If you guys honestly don't like the tC2, IMO you HAVE to be vocal about it. Telling people who disagree with you to shut up and blindly supporting the brand is EXACTLY how things end up getting worse. It's exactly how GM and Ford ended up in so much trouble. When they turned into the laughing stock of the auto industry, they kicked it up a notch (to make the brands survive). If you guys like lame RS series and LIKE getting cheapened interiors, then by all means, continue contributing to the death of Scion. I joined this community YEARS ago, back when it meant something and it was exploding across the country. The brand is now heading in a different direction (as are sales) and it's happening VERY VERY quickly. I don't like what I'm seeing, and in my opinion, negative comments will help. But again, if my opinions are not welcome, I will keep them to myself.

Keep in mind that this March, they sold more Yaris's then ALL of the Scions put together now. At least Scion's will become rare again?

It will all be fixed soon once the poll is added here. The servers have been super laggy and takes some time to write a 9 option poll. Keep in mind the topic said poll and the message post said poll. Like I said, it takes some time to type the poll itself, since it is added after the thread is created. The thread was taken down less than a minute after posting. It's REALLY hard to type that fast.

No one here is "blindly supporting the brand" or censoring anything... you're being absolutely ridiculous (for reasons I can't even figure out).

Your "discussion" with that other guy was going on and on about OTHER THINGS THAT WERE NOT ABOUT THE tC. Just bickering back and forth that does not belong in this thread. Yes, it started out sort of about the tC in comparing it to other cars... but then spiraled into the recession, housing markets, financial markets, and who knows what else (tl;dr) and why the old tC wasn't selling well...

AGAIN... did not belong here. Let it go. If you're said your peace, great, move on. No one in censoring anything - but if you're not actually contributing to the TOPIC OF DISCUSSION, you might as well save your fingers or post it somewhere else.

Honestly, we get it, you don't care for the new design. You think Scion is doomed. Again, we get it. Time to move on.
