Scion xB RS4 Color Revealed: Torched Penny 3R2
You are looking at the new color for the RS4 xB. It was called Mazora in Japan, but it looks like it will be called "Torched Penny" in the US. The color code is 3R2. It was a special edition bB from 2004, so the color has already been produced in Japan.
xBHawaii posted about this bB in September of 2004, and found this translation:

"Original color ring, even in music sport industry マジョーラ of popularity. In the paint membrane (マジョーラベース) the special pigment which is included (the マ jaw ラ pigment), we form 5 layer system, from the surface surface 50% and remaining 50% reflects light at central layer. Per angle and the light which you see it does and is to be with expression of color changes, the dynamic color shift, furthermore pulls the forum where the car is beautiful and can stand."

personally the color is umm annoying to me. I always see that color on like a modified impala or another "muscle car". With the RS colors, they all were colors that stood out, dont get me wrong this color would stand out, but not as much as the Envy Green or Yellow.

Nice color... Bodywork/touch-up disaster.
And while this looks like it could turn out to be one of the best RS Scions yet, I feel a lot of people will be waiting to see what 2008 holds for Scion. I know I'm waiting!

I think they should at least even out the RS's before they make another one. I understand the tC is behind one in the series, but release or announce the RS3 xA before making ANY decisions on the next xB. Otherwise it's just becoming overkill.
