Nope...we use a Xtrac 6 speed Sequential Touring Car gearbox. We do have a clutch pedal but it is only really used for taking on in 1st or HARD down shifting.

Our gearbox looks very similar to the one pictured below...

This picture was taken back in February when we were building the current FWD Time Attack tC. In this picture you can see the custom Bell-House we made using the mock-up tranny Xtrac provided us while they were building our unit.

congrats on being in the games guys. i dont have an Xbox or anything, but i may just buy this game and play at a buddies house because you guys are in it.

again, congrats on all the accomplishments over the last year.

 

So your Sequential Touring gearbox essentially rev matches for you?

 

just played the game. the stock tC is uber slow loll to be expected tho

btw i wouldnt play anything before they come out... its pretty easy for MS to track whos playing unreleased games and they will bann everyone for the third time.

soooo reminded me of the 60's f1 cars with those wings. made me lol a bit

 

IMO this game is not all its cracked up to be. after spending a few days playing it i can say im thoroughly disappointed. id say RENT it.

 

i agree aswell it does have its fun times, and its a pretty decent sim game but there just isnt enough tuning in the game for me, and three things bug me. 1. unlocked everything in it and no rado car. 2. there are no letter vinyls wtf? 3. you cant have multiple tuning saves for one car for different tracks. however i do have to say its the best nfs that i have played in along time as far as driving goes.

 

since the beginning. i dont understand why ppl thought that rados car will be in the game.
They made a video with Rado for advertising nfs and thats it. that doesnt mean that it will be in the game. thats why i said it in the first place: topic title is nonsense!

No you haven't "been had". It's supposedly supposed to be in the 2nd one, or so I've heard. They didn't take a billion pics of Chris' car just for marketing purposes for the game. It WILL be in the game at one point or another.

Whats cool is that albatross on the back of that car!!! I would put that stuff on my car, lickedy split! lmao... Some things that are functional arent always attractive, other things that are always cool arent always functional...

 

some cool cars but overall so far its only alright. rwd cars are almost impossible to drive and the drifting is really hard too.
