Lambo headlights??? ^ tell me (Toyota) your going to be more original than THAT on your VERY FIRST Super Car Flagship.

In My Opinion ~ A timeless classic is one that defines the company, not one that is defined by the "industry".

Perhaps my comment is a little premature, however it's better that I say this now before it's too little too late...

How often would one say: "I'd love to drive/own the classic ____ (insert year & model here) Toyota/Lexus/Scion". I'd go as far as saying it's rare to hardly ever that an older gen Toyota is considered a timeless classic (IMO - It's so few that I can count them all on 1 hand).

~ Be Original Toyota. Be the definition, not defined.

its gonna be a lexus...i expect a soft ride, quite interior, soft leather, and inoffensive (IE. bland) styling and an auto gearbox.

i think Toyota needs a performance brand. They have general transportation (toyota) luxury (lexus) and youth (scion). make a brand for this car, a new supra, a new MR2 and a new Celica. ppl will go nuts! and it doesnt hurt anyone’s rep. Simply call it TRD.

Didnt Toyota learn from VW Phaeton? it was a killer car, its a Bentley for 1/3 of the price (saw one on ebay go for 36k!!!) But it doesnt fit into the VW image. Who asked for a super performance car from Lexus?! This is going to hurt.

most ppl dopnt even remember the supra. a proformance brand would let them do waht ever they want with out hurting toyotas brand identiy. im sure ppl said scion wouldnt work either

I see a lot of 300z in the side shot, Corvette inspired hood, Maseratti/Ferrari nose clip, Bugatti inspired rear.

I like the mixture. Nice.

Toyota has the toyota badge for the common cars.
They have the Lexus badge for the pricier cars.
They have the Scion badge for the budget cars.

Yeah, they should have a TRD badge for the true performance cars.

Call it the
TRD 5000GT
would be nice.

That's what the NSX should've been. $94,000 for an under performing car?
