Default 2005 Scion tC Side Mirror CF Cap

tC CARBON FIBER SIDE VIEW MIRRORS - Scion tC Forums

Hey guys! I'm new here, obviously.
I just recently bought a tC but the side mirror is missing the piece that belongs right next to it. Does anybody know what the piece is called and or where I could buy the piece?

Thanks guys. The link shows a the piece I'm talking about.

Go to the Toyota dealership. Walk up to parts and say you need a part for your side mirror, and they will bring out an entire diagram of that assembly and all the parts and part numbers included. Then you'll point it out and they'll get it for you within 24-48 hours.

In this diagram, are you referring to part #4?

If they are #4, it's part #s are 8173121190 (for right) and 8174121190 (for left).

Thank you. And I'm not sure if #4 is the triangle thing I circled in the picture I just attached. If it is I feel very dumb. But #4 doesn't look like the triangle thing.

yea you were very vague in describing what you are actually looking for.

part 2 in this link may be what you want?
2006 Scion tC Parts - AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway Parts

a dealership parts dept would be able to tell you exactly what you need pretty quickly and you could buy it there or take the part number and find it yourself online.

Glad you found it, shouldn't be a very $$$ part to replace. Good luck!

No you're wrong. The part in the link is something else. I actually ordered it last week and what I got was a green cover thing. The actual part is #6011721010
