Default 2006 tC Projector Headlight Problem.

Hello everyone1 I recently bought a used 2006 scion tC. The previous owner had fitted it with projector headlights (with "halos" i believe they're called) of a model and brand unknown to me. The headlights weren't very impressive until I replaced the old bulbs with Silverstar H1 ST bulbs. after that I noticed that the passenger side low beam headlight is projecting at a weird angle. (pic 1).
I popped the hood in search of ways to adjust them and found that each light had 2 screws in either corner of the assembly (pic 2 looking over the fuzebox on the driver side at the back of the headlight which I found easier to photograph) of which both seemed to have the same effect of lowering or raising the focal point. While both lights are level as you can see in pic 1 the passenger side low beam is cockeyed. I can't imagine it is anything but unpleasant for motorists I pass to the left to get caught in that little corner of maximum power light. I was wondering if there is any way to spin the projector lens or if anyone knew a solution to the problem.

Ps. The high beam lenses work perfectly.

Cant be fixed unless you take apart the headlight and modify the cutoff shield. You could try lowering a bit if you're concerned of blinding other drivers.

Yep sorry about that, a friend has aftermarket headlights and it shoots up like yours but more. You'd be better off buying OEM 08+ headlights they got some nice projectors.

agreed with others and the idea or atleast intent of the "cockeyed" nature of you pass side lense is to light up street lights better. not saying your output is pretty by any means, but thats what its about.

yea.. that's kinda normal.. passenger side is like that for street signs.

you'll see the reverse for cars made for countries that drive on the left side of the road... the left headlight would shine more at that point.
