If my VRDs worked, I'd post pics, but one of my Noyka bulbs broke, so that's going on hold until I have to pull off the bumper in 2 weeks. I will say, that my VRDs did light up the ceiling on my garage. And the walls, and just about everything else.

Well, the cutoff isn't whats on the ceiling, lol. It just that there are those random shine marks or w/e all around.
It could also be from my lip kit. I had the kit molded inside the fog light holes, so that could also be causing them to angle up some.

Here are Nokya hyper yellow H3 bulbs with 5000K HIDs.
While driving, if I turned them on and off, you could see a 'slight' difference in light output on the ground. The most these things help with, is lighting up signs and things above the cutoff.
Also blckdout, it might be hard for you to check the glare of the fogs since you don't have projectors for your low beams. The 05-07 headlights naturally emit light directly above car (I used to love seeing the light on top of tunnels lol).
