The weather-stripping comes on the bumper/left/rear lips already applied to them... so, it's wierd that you have pieces of it.
If, by chance, the pieces don't fit exactly on the lips, I'm unsure of what would work best... a could line of silicone (white) caulk would be a cheap solution, but you'd have to get a decent guy to do it, to get it clean.... Unfortunately, the stock stripping is black, so it always looks funny on a white car like yours.... Personally... I'd get them on, and then try a nice white silicone caulk line by someone who works in the business.... It just might do the trick.... albeit a bit getto-trick

yeah getting it molded is your last choice unless you have money to blow....it is incredibly expencive and the first curb you hit will crack the mold.
