Ok so I woke up around 2 today after a long night of drinking. I went to my car and I was like wtf! Someone stole my S2k antenna. Effing bastards! Cheap asses has to steal my antenna. I only had it for a month. I used thread lock too! I know it's a cheap part, but its the principle. I hate mother**ckers that steal! I think I might roll antenna less I kind of like it. I don't use my radio anyways. Or just shave it? I live in a nice quiet part of Vegas too. Now I'm paranoid that someone is going to steal my VRD's.

 

sucks man... iono.. maybe antennaless will be the next big thing :D

 

some one stole my stock antenna that i cut shorter at my girls apartment complex and guess what i saw the next day when i went there...my antenna on one of the tcs in her complex but i wasnt about to take it back and risk harm to my car...people can be such low lifes

just put your stock one back on and put on an s2k for shows and meets.

ahhahahhahaa that sucks man. i know this might be wierd but everytime i park next to a tC i get thier license plate number just incase this HAPPENS!!(not saying the tC was parked next you for you to do so) idk people can be shady!!

i hate to say it though, but putting a shorty antenna on our car is like ordering from iKona, you know you are gonna get jacked sooner or later...

yea it was weird cuz i used the red thread lock and i thought it was permanent. i guess not. i'm thinking about getting it shaved. i saw someones tc on this site that has it shaved. it looks clean as hell. i just gotta find a reputable shop.

 

man the weird thing is i dont even see that many tc's driving around here. i think my car is being watched!

 

You should put a note on his car, something along the lines of I know what you did last summer but less ___.

Play with him a little, don't directly threaten him, but hint at it. Maybe if you scare him enough (being as that you know where he parks his car daily) he might puss out and fix it. Maybe next time you're at your girl's, you'll find your antenna back on your car! Maybe not, but it could be fun

*update i dont think anyone really cares but i couldn't resist so i am no longer rolling antenna-less bought another s2k antenna. hopefully no one steals this one but i wont be surprised if it does. hahaha

 

I've been considering an S2K antenna... what is the best place to get one? (Cheapset / Reliable, wont get jacked)

 

i got mine on eBay for like $14 shipped. im pretty sure you can go to a honda dealership and find one too. i wasted some money on buying thread lock, but obviously it didnt work. so i suggest buy one on ebay, honda dealership, or someone on this site. hopefully no one steals it but dont waste your money on thread lock.

If you're going to be somewhere for an extended period of time, just take the S2K antenna off and throw
it in the hatch. That's what I used to do. (I should have keep doing that!)
