i know it wouldnt be bolt on obviously but its fiberglass, not too hard to retrofit, so, with that said, who thinks this spoiler would be worth the work? it would definitely get points for originality imo. Its the MKIV supra trd spoiler.

The taller the spoiler the more ricey your car looks. The opposite is also true. The smaller the spoiler the less ricey. Therefore no spoiler looks the best. Don't rice out your car, you will be mad at yourself.

 

not my cup of tea, but looks decent...I like lip spoilers.

 

maybe if you had a kit, but then again it will look ugly!

i dont like spoilers that look like other OEM spoilers... so thumbs down for me...

 

that spoiler looks like its on the back of a supra...not my cup of tea but if its what you like ... don't let anyone stop ya.

 

Thats an extremely blanket statement. I would say the large spoilers on the inteded cars looks NOTHING ricey. (think supra, Eclipse, Ferrari F40, STI, EVO, RSX s, Celica GTS, 300ZX TT...) And even some aftermarket wings do look good. The kaminari wing on the tC WITH THE KAMINARI kit flows.

LOL i like it that JUST cause its on a nice car, makes it cool.... a spoiler taht large should be for use, not looks..

 

I can honestly say that all of these cars that you mentioned would look a lot better with a smaller spoiler or in some cases (like the Audi tt, eclipse, STI, EVO, RSX s, and 300zx) NO spoiler.

 

Maybe in your opinion they would look better, and thatis a legit statement. But a blanketstatment of the ever loved RICE word, is just dumb.
To say this looks RICE, is well, wow, the craziest most un car knowledgeable thing I think I may have ever heard. I dont have a problem with you not liking it, I just hate how the word RICE is thrown out whenever someone doesnt like something.

 

Wow rice what a surprise, either way you cant please everyone so i dont try, i just hate lip spoilers with a passion, and think the tc could use a more aggressive stance, and the only spoiler ive seen do that is the kaminari, except i like to be original so i dont want the same spoiler everyone else has, that was the point of this thread but none the less thanx for all the opinions and replies guys

 

It does look like the kaminari wing...i have to tell u the truth, i dont like it that much. I think u should work more on the fun stuff like performance or wheels. those mods would impress me the most, not a spoiler, but its ur car do wat u want with it.
