Well I bought some anzo's and they say they are for 05-07.
I tried installing them , and only one of the 2 black connections fit in .

So my question is do I need the 05-07 tail light harness or is there something im not doing correctly....

I've searched but can't seem to find a clear answer

do you have pictures of the back of the tail light? otherwise, was there a harness provided with the tails? unless you're using an 08-10' harness. theyre different from the 05-07' harness.

no harness included . I can have pictures tommorow...

I have an 08 , so I'm thinking its just the fact the harness changed, if not idk what to do

if they say that they require an '05-'07 harness and you're driving an '08, something should scream "hey maybe it really does need what the manufacturers say!", don't you think?

so yes, the Anzos you got require an '05-'07 harness.

they fit 05-10 tc's, but only work with the earlier models, they have poor descriptions on ebay for it. i found it confusing also.

x2 wouldnt that make you think hmmmm, maybe I need the older harnesses?

most products fit all tc's, it's just a matter if they're plug & play or not.
anzo's are plug & play for '05-'07 models, but fit '08-'10 models with an older harness.

it never said it needed a new harness it just said anzo tail lights scion tc 05-07 , thats it....

well I realize that , I wasn't aware the harness changed in 08 , and it isnt clear anywhere on the forums that it was......
