yep lol I bought them off someone on ebay who was from SL. he was missing one of the rubber pieces and had wired them up to turn on when the car turned on. so he thought it was unreversible, he also liked the oem fogs so he bought those.

so I wired them up to turn on with my lights/parking lights and I emailed APT for some new rubber pieces and they sent me 2 new rubber backings for 9$ shipped.

so in total for a great set of vrd/apt's I spent $34 shipped.

What are you guys doing to stop condensation/moisture from coming in. I think mine is entering from the base of the bulb, possibly add more clear silicone in the back for a better seal? It is only on my passenger side, I did the same ziptie, tape, silicone process, maybe the silicone is old and leaked? The possibilities, input would be nice...

that was Sept 2009, 5 months later they're still holding up pretty well. no water/condensation at all. I put a small bead of this around the edge...

Hey everyone I just recieved my VRD fogs without any instructions. I know how to wire them up but I dont know which wires are negative and positive.

1. There are two wire off the lights. They are White and the other is Black. IM guessing black is negative?

2. There are two wires in the harness as well one is red and one is white. Which one is positive and which one is negative?

Thanks for your help.

Well one of my bulbs just went out...dam it. I had nokya 7000k stage1 70w. I am looking for yellow now cause it cuts through the fog better, so which set do you guys recommend? And where exactly do you apply the silicon??
