For every set of lights you need one HID kit.

question about this, do your fogs always have to come on whenever your low beams are on? is there a way to just turn the fogs on with your lows as needed?

I used the DIY from clubscion heres the link.
http://clubsciontc.com/forums/diy-in...-lights-23108/

if you go further down you'll see the interior wiring for the relay. its really easy takes about 2 hrs max if youve ever taken off the bumper. lemme know if you need help

if you are buying the yellow lens dont upgrade to nokya they dont make a difference from the ones that come with em. but if they are clear it will make a diff of course.
