Default Better bulbs for parking lamps?

I do not want to use LED's since no one stands behind them if used in the headlight housing. I ordered regular 194's from autolumination, and the green on them is now starting to fade and turn yellow.

Is there any bulbs out there that do not fade or shift in color?

I have chrome colored bulbs for the parking light...they aren't that bright, but they work. You should try bulbs from Varad, or find a lighting company that specializes in auto lighting...Ebay is another option. I had color changing leds, but they blew cuz I drive alot at night, so just keep looking for bulbs that work for your driving habits.

By the way...NEVER BUY PAINTED BULBS, THEY'LL FADE REGARDLESS!!! If you must buy a bulb with color, make sure the company is reliable, Autolumination doesn't make good bulbs... try a more trusted light company...you may pay more, but the mod will outway the cost or replacing ____ty bulbs every 6 weeks or so, ya know?
I wish I could remember the company that makes my bulbs, but I'm getting old and the memory is going, I'll try to find out though.....

Karatekidd, you hit it on the head, non-painted. Unfortunately, a lot of places don't mention whether or not they're painted. Thats probably how autolumination duped me into those bulbs. The other ones I got from them, both chrome coated bulbs, work great.
I'm thinking Raybrig and/or polarg may have what I'm looking for.

PIAA Wedge Bulbs. They have a blue outer coating and lit up very bright white. been in there for over 6 months with no problem. Still bright as when I first bought it.

I'm looking for green.

Brands that appear good according to some sights are Raybrigs, and APC so far.
Usually I stay away from APC, but if they wont fade...

I had LED's and they don't last long because they're lower wattage.

Now I have PIAA hyper whites. They're not as bright as LED's, but I know they have a much longer life.

I put in PIAA dual bulb blue leds, have had them for 13 months and have never turned them off. Work well and make your low beam housing glow. I don't think PIAA makes green leds, but I have seen them. Try Racinglab.com

Anyone have any pics of the PIAA dual led bulbs? I'm afraid they won't be very bright. I'm stuck between getting the PIAAs for $20 or the Varads for $10

check out this website, www.eautoworks.com. They have a lot of nice bulbs, and I'm sure you can find the green ones you want.
