^ it's photoshopped. Right CLick and save it.
Then, right click on the picture and select properties.
Go to the general tab and click on the "advanced" button on the bottom.
That should give you an idea on how the picture was taken.

^ the more shutter speed is delayed and longer the exposure is, the more decieving the light will be. Also, set the iso to 100-150.
Granted the camera is a 3.2 MP kodak without image stabilization, you can have an idea on how to show the true colors of HID's. Here is an example of ISO 140 on black asphalt:

I didnt know ppl were still buying the JLevi headlights, considering the cut-off on them are sooo horrible. I tried to fix them myself with limited success. I put CCFL into the halos and into the eyebrow. The headlights are quite driveable now after I opened up the headlights and made a new cut-off plate for them. I wrote a DIY too, its in this forum somewhere. Many have done write-ups for fixing the various aftermarket headlights they offer for the tC.

You put your Ballast in the wronggggggggggggg spots. I had 2 sets in the places you have yours.

The passenger ballast either came unstuck from the heat and bounced around or took all the vibrations from the car and ruined 2 sets.

I would advise installing them behind the front bumper on the plastic pieces running to the crash bar...
