Considering the body parts you have chosen as a mixed combo, I kinda know the direction you're going with your cars setup. You seem to want the sophisticated look rather than the totally aggressive look. Aggressive is good but, in my opinion, too much of it doesn't look all great on TC's. Yours is a clean setup that I like and I may be doing the same setup but without the M3 front bumper. I'm thinkin' about the viniati fierce lip front bumper.

It flows yeah?
Well I'm glad you're car was the guinea pig. Glad I came across this on this site.

glad i could help. The fogs lights are now in and a custom grill is now in the lower grille and IMO it looks a 1000x better.

But you're right, sort of wanted a simple clean look without all the craziness. I think the front lip looks nice when its molded correctly. Good luck

Damn, that rear bumper makes the stock wheels look puny.

Get more pics. with your digital camera when it gets sunny down there.

Are you serious!?

Make sure you find someone who knows what they are doing so that you don't get scratched wheels. My stock wheels were all marked up from day one...I guess some idiot at the factory didn't know how to balance rims and tires.

Did you get the hyperblack Evos?

What kind of paint are they using? I dont like the fact that they are burning it in up top. I know with the brand we use (sherwin williams automotive) it always shows up later on and looks like hell no matter how much you polish it. But good luck.

Burning it in or Melting it in, which ever you want to call it is what you do when you dont paint from the qtr panel all the way over the roof rail down the windshield post.

you basically tape it off like in the pic above and you stop your cleacoat just short of the paper. Kinda like when you blend basecoat but with the clear so its a little dry. Then you take your blend solvent(which burns it in/melts it)(SWA uses a product called BS10) and spray it over the the dry spray of the clear coat and it basically melts it in with the old clear. When its done right it doesnt look bad at all but will show up later down the road. It will look like dry spray. Im not sure if other paints like ppg or sikkens or dupont do it but i know that sherwin does this. Hope this helps.
