Car Avatar?

Sorry if this has already been asked, but I did an unsuccessful search already. Where does everybody get their custom car avatar? The one's like mine except it'll have flashing lights or custom paint or vinyls. Thanks guys.

Oh okay, well I just added the OEM fog lights to mine and painted red calipers even though you can barely see them lol
