im sure you can still use the existing holes and mount this one, if not then you can use alot of double sided tape.

Taking the stock one off can be a pain. You're going to need to remove the bolts that hold it on (if applicable) and then you should heat up the spoiler with a heat gun or hair dryer to soften the adhesive. After you've got the adhesive warmed up you can use fishing line and work it between the hatch and the spoiler.
