A Urethane clear resin might work better?
Then again, I don't have a TC so I'm not aware of the part but I am aware of casting resins.
Looks great anyways.

Thanks for the nice responses. I am simply a fellow tC enthusiast and saw a need for this part. I have invested my own time in research, development, and production and would like to offer these to the tC tuners out there that are interested.
These reflectors will be hand-cast on a per order basis. I will produce and stock a limited amount of lenses at first to meet initial demand. Curing time is aprox. 5 days and will ship promptly once sealed and packaged. Each pair of lenses will be test fitted, inspected for defects and, if any, will be corrected before shipping. As these are hand molded and produced, the quality is very good, however please don't expect reproduction quality to equal that of a high-end automated parts manufacturer.
With regards to the durability and longevity of the product: aside from being coated in a high-gloss protective sealant, the lens will be safely placed in your headlamp assembly where it will be protected from scratches, open air, dust, and direct sunlight (UV). This and the sealant coating used will prevent any yellowing or deterioration.
Please consult your local and state laws regarding clear vs. amber parking/corner lenses, as well as amber vs. superwhite bulbs lighting them. For my end, I will include this disclaimer along with the disclaimer that these lenses are reccomended for off-road and show use only, However, in most or all states I believe using an amber bulb in a clear reflector is legal as several car models use this combination in OEM headlamps.

Additionaly, with regards to opening up your headlights via "baking" them, I will not make any gaurantees for your headlamps' safety or integrity, however I and several other modders/DIY's/tuners have successfully baked, opened, and re-sealed the headlamps without issue. We all felt nervous about it at first, I'm sure, but the materials involved can handle 250 degrees F for ~25 mins without issue. It's simply to soften up the sealant compound so you can unscrew and pull open the unit. When you're done with your mods, you align the edges, press it tight, and heat it again. Then screw all the screws back tight and you should be good. Also, you can buy that gray silicone gasket goo at an auto store to reinforce the seal if you want to take extra precautions.
