Default Complete DIY new TC Grill?

Hey guys. Ok long story short some punk ripped my grill off my car at a mall. I wont go any further in depth since I may throw something out the window! I searched all throughout and couldnt find any real DIY's for grilles. If there is one could someone possibly post that link. If not....then I have a few questions... Now I know buying one will look 100x better...but im interested in making one...what kind of materials would you use? any info would be great!

You can get a lower grille for under $50. That'll be your best DIY job. IMO, its the best looking grille out right now.

And as the people above said, don't get the chicken wire. It looks cheap.

Even though some people will say that a Home Depot grill is a horrible idea, i figured might as well try it and i think it came out pretty decent!

I made it from Gutter Gaurd that i bought at Home Depot, and it costed me a grand total of:
Parts- $5
Labor- $0
Shipping and handling-$0

I'm not to great in math but i think that adds up to.......... carry the 0, and then subtract the.. OK i think i got it!! :D

*Drum roll please*.......

TOTAL-$5
I know this price sounds a bit steep for some of you people that are a little low on cash but trust me it's worth it!
(Not sure how to upload a pic yet but i'll keep trying)

All you have to do is have patience!

i used a wire cutter, a flat head screwdriver, a cutting blade, and a little bit of "Pit Crew's Choice" glue...
Other than that i just took about 2-3 hours trying to get it to look good, and i'm still not done, i still have to put on the chrome border, and finish the two bottom side vents.

So trust me it takes time!

here's mine..

I did it bout 9 mos ago, it's still good till last night when a frog was stuck on my lower grill, I'm gonna make another one and now painted black just for a new look..

And yeah there was a DIY on this guttergrill long time ago dunno if its still there or its been deleted but as mentioned patience is the key and practice, using a dremel will be a very useful tool on this project, you'll be done in 1 hr if you know what your doing... Some people say its cheap and thats ok coz they are, but so far people think it looks good and asked where did I buy it/who made it.. Good grills for a good price are out there now if you dont want DIY but I was forced to learn this coz back then the cheapest decent grill you could find is 80 plus shipping..

Having the original grill will help you do the DIY, you will need the frame so you can use the clips to fasten the grill back to the bumper, for the lower you can zip tie the gutterguard to the frame and then clip the whole grill back like stock
