sorry i just realized i typed bumper instead of original Grill, so i made an edit..

You dont need to take off the bumper for this one... and if you wanna know yeah you can do a search but it shoudnt be hard to figure out.

And yeah there was a DIY on this guttergrill long time ago dunno if its still there or its been deleted but as mentioned patience is the key and practice, using a dremel will be a very useful tool on this project, you'll be done in 1 hr if you know what your doing... Some people say its cheap and thats ok coz they are, but so far people think it looks good and asked where did I buy it/who made it.. Good grills for a good price are out there now if you dont want DIY but I was forced to learn this coz back then the cheapest decent grill you could find is 80 plus shipping..

I like your grille a lot actually! Surprised, really. is it really just gutterguard?

well...i have some good news and some bad news lol.... good news is...im getting a new FREE grill for the TC...bad news is, its off the new 2008. But honestly im just happy im getting one, and on top of that im gonna figure out a way to spruce it up a little bit. Im actually getting the bottom grill as well for free, i kind of like the bottom grill though. But the top is like a 4 out of 10 hahah but itll make my ghetto no grill car go from a 5 out of 10 to a 7 out of 10....confused yet? i am lol

thats purely gutter guard and the stock grill frame i used to mount it back like stock. Some patience needed to do some works in the edges, if you have good eye you'll notice its not perfect on the sides like uneven bends but this was taken before i was finished this project but yea dont worry if its not perfect coz you wouldnt notice it when its on.
