Default condensation in aftermarket headlight

ok before i get yelled at for not using the search button, i tried searching for a SOLUTION to the condensation problem but everyone just kept posting about how they all HAVE the condensation in headlights but NOTHING about how to fix it. there was one thing in a previous post about so silicote gel or something like that. So, how do you remove condensation from your headlights if they are purchased off ebay?
