That's not bad for a DIY kind of thing. Probably a lot better than what I can pull off but like others have said, this isn't my cup of tea either.

Mad props on pulling that off and putting so much work into it.

Just not something I would do with my car.

I like your ability to envision a project and pull it off. Most of the jokers on here get excited over raceland parts, so I wouldnt expect much in their creative aspects. I think you have a real talent and can build one off custom parts, and who knows - down the line if you make something that a lot of people like, you could have a serious future in aftermarket parts/design. Just because someone doesnt like that exact item, does not mean that you cant do a million different things.

Thank you. I'm actually transferring to auburn in 2 weeks for industrial design to try and get in to doing car design or something along those lines.

Wow! Serious props, man. You had a vision and persevered to experience glory. I would like to see more pictures with different angles for sure and look forward to seeing what improvements and other projects you have in store.

Big prop!!!! I did a custom fiberglass solo tail for my bike and that took forever!!! I can only imagine the time that goes into a bigger project like this. Did you smooth it out with bondo?

I use bondo as a generic term for body filler. I also hate actual bond products (I used rage gold-awesome body filler). The reason I ask is it seems like you have a few high and low spots there. I found the most difficult (and time consuming) part of my project was getting all the high and low spots out (especially in the complex curves, which you seem to have a few of). What kind of sanding blocks are you using?

Then yeah I say bondo also and rage gold is Awsome but expensive so I use the cheaper stuff for the big spots. There was a ton of lows. I've used almost 2 whole gallons on the hood and it's really heavy now is y once u finish I'll make a mold and a pure glass one. As of blocks I only had a hard hand block and a 2x4 for the hood. I just got a small flex block for my door panel build and it's Awsome. I'm gonna get some k-block to finish the bumper and get it perfect.
