Looks good but that frame (or whatever it is) between the foglights kinda ruins it for me.

Some other people that have done this, have put some kind of screen behind the mesh, so nothing behind it will be visable. That will fix that problem.

i used home depot gutter guard for my mesh on my maxima too. i'm hesitant to do the same on the tc because of rust. did you spray anything on yours? i sprayed it with clear coat before installing it and it looked great on the maxima for a few months. but after raining and washing, its beginning to look bad. i'm thinking of spraying some Rustoleum silver paint to restore the color back and prevent future rust.

No I didn't, but when I see it rusting, I'm just going to paint it black.

Nice write up. Looks like I have a project for the weekend. I am going to check out all three places for the grills. We will see how it turns out.

Thanks and good luck, just remember that this might turn out to be a wholes day project, so if you start don't plan on doing anything else that day.

gutter mesh is cheaper, and achieves the same effect. I did this project about 3 weeks ago. painted the grill Flat Black, and it looks awsome.

Ok I got the whole thing up until you put the finished grill back in the front bumper. The black thing had all the slots that conected to the bumper and the silver thing just attached to it. So how do you get the mesh to stay in. Are you just going to take the left over mesh and tuck it behind something or what. If that is the case what do you think of cutting out the honeycomb part of the black thing and attaching the mesh to it. It would be alot stonger and hold the shape of the opening better.

Back from the dead, he he, well yeah that would be allot stronger, but that honeycomb is going to be a biatch to cut, very strong, but if you can do it, cool. Thats all I did was tuck some left over mesh in between there and I found it to be strong enough, either way good luck with that.
