darn mine has 46,000 and it has nothing to do with 60 mph i was just asking since my sunroof struggles to close at times

I usually take mine to position 2 after 60 as the throb annoys me, but even fully open its seen multiple 110+ stints. Actually one of those runs made mine stop rattling whilst closed lol. No-where in the manual does it mention the 60mph bull.

I'm usually closing mine while coming up the on ramp, in the rare occasion my roof is open. Usually only open it to let the heat out after its been in the sun all day.

dealers lie!!! ive gone over 100mph with sun roof wide open. works perfect no issues.

I forgot to mention it, but I had this same problem long ago. It's the grease on the tracks. Go to the dealership and tell them to re-grease the tracks so the glass can slide along them w/o being obstructed.

But as far as driving with it open at various speeds, don't fret over it.

Is it really that hard to understand that its just a precaution just like wearing seatbelts. (What?! I've put 100k on my car without wearing a seatbelt. Who ever told you to do that doesn't understand cars. )

i agree with everybody, you shouldnt worry about driving over 60 with the roof open. i do it all the time. works perfectly everytime
