Well I didn't get a chance to take pics of the headlight with the lights off because I just opened up my headlight again to fix it. I have these pics of the cutoff tho.

Hopefully I'll be done with them tomorrow.

Looks much much better, but I can see the wire of your halos. You should have drilled a hole on top of your housing and rung the wires through. But pretty good results. Show some cut off shots at a distance away from a even wall. Also, is your left projector cracked? I know the horrizontal line is factory, but there are something else that looks like cracks. Good job. Post some day shot too.

Man I got scared about the projector, but it should be a scratch on the headlight housing. I'll check on that later on.
I still have to open up the headlights to replace the DDE.

I like them alot, but they're very fragile. They're very bright too.

did you break it? It's CCFL, so it breaks pretty easy if you don't have strong tube, which they don't. I don't know why it is sold for such a high prices. CCFL halos for different vehicles average around 80. The mark up is too high I think

Well when I opened the box for the DDE's a year ago, one ring was already broken. The second, I broke couple days ago while installing the projectors. I didn't know it was broken until I plugged everything in. And had to replace one cause it turned purple.

screw up crap. Looks much more fragile than other CCFL. That's why I didn't bother with it. Did you get charge for the first broken ring?

What if you got into a car accident, lets say the damage area is anywhere beside the headlights, do you think the impact of the collision can break the halos?

Probaby not, because I glued them to the headlight and the glue held on to the housing pretty good.
