Finally, pics of my car after toying around

You can lower, it's called different springs. There's no magical **** or button to make it lower on TRD springs. You aren't near low enough to worry about a kit rubbing, and it doesn't look like a kit is on it. Debadging the "tC" on the car takes about 5 mins and 5 ft of fishing line and some goo gone.

I don't have a kit on it now. Been thinking about it since I got the car but I keep getting swayed by people that say it wouldnt look good. Others say it would. I think it would look awesome but thats my opinion. I love the idea of side skirts and just not sold 100% on front and back lips yet. One said on here previously in this thread, they has it lower than mine with the same springs but you're saying there is no **** or button to make it lower. So i take it, it's set one way but someone else knows something about getting it even lower w/ the same springs. hmmm
So I can get it lowered more by changing the springs, not with the TRD springs you're saying. Probably would cost more an arm and a leg to get it done when it's already lowered, when there other things that can do like a new grill, kit, hood that some others got on here with that vent thing going on, just so many options haha....

thank you sir to each their own! Few like the plain look , others like decals, millions of cars out there with many different tastes.
You know what is fail?
Trucks with the wheels that are 10x too big for the trucks and/or jack them up as high as an 18 wheeler when not made to be...

The TRD springs for some reason settle differently from what I have seen. So that may be why your car sits a little higher than others. You did buy it new right?
That car Teecizzle posted is most likely on coilovers to be that low cause I dont think s-techs go that low.

To the OP
Get coilovers, i get just as much snow as you do. Slam it in the summer, raise it back up in the winter. Win = Win
However, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take those stickers off. As someone already stated, none of it flows. At all, it literally looks like a 15 year old got excited for his new car and slapped every Autozone decal on it he could... Fail = Fail

My best advice after reading this thread is this. OP look around and read the site. There is no way to make springs lower, you would need to swap them. Springs are cheap, and if you have any ability in life you can change them yourself. No one will charge more because you already have a lowered car. The car is yours, buy a kit if you like it. Who cares what others think.

I bought the car brand new in 2009 as soon as it was shipped to the dealer. I wouldnt think the manufacturer would settle the springs any different then what they are supposed to be would they? I'll have to check w/ the dealer if it can go lower and if it can, then ill do it for sure. I would think, when the they were put on, they would be put on to the lowest it can go.

^Springs only settle to one position, and that's that. There's no way to lower a spring unless you cut coils off of it(which is stupid). Just get some coilovers and call it a day, that's what I did. The limiting factor for me going stupid low is having some big 225/40 tires on.

The arm for the wipers was snapped out of place a little. Snapped it back into place and now it's back to normal. For a minute was wondering why I looked like a honda civic driver hahaha....
The eye lids I put on, took of the ones I did a few days ago or so and got this 2nd order. Wish I ordered from ebay in the first place would have saved 10.00, instead of 20.00 the first order and 9.00 the 2nd. But it is what it is, learned a lesson, check ebay first and not customtc.com
They came out almost to perfection. Looks smoooooooth for someone whose not a pro at doing it after having some patience the 2nd time around and doing it. Pics will follow later on when the sun shines well and clean the car again from all the bird doo doo

SERIOUSLY!!!! bro search on the forums a little. Lowering springs are stiff for a few months if there brand new. TRD Lowering springs takes a while to settle. Some TRD springs settle lower then others no body know's why but they do. Lowering springs cant get any lower, if you want them lower you must cut them which equals a great bouncy ride. You want coils if you want to adjust height year round.
Thanks for a good answer! Was hoping someone that had a little clue about them would clue me in perhaps. I have no clue! I just bought the car and rode with everything that came with it. Coils from what I looked briefly at are expensive. I think for the same effect, having a lower look, add a body kit on it, as long as that wont make it too low and scrape the ground which from what I read in other threads that it wont. So yeah. Next up is the grill replacement if I can find one for a decent price and not overpay, that will look good.

GOOD coils are around 1K give or take. You can get ebay coils (Rokkor or Raceland) for 2-300 bucks to your door. A body kit like you keep talking will run you 200-2000 for the kit itself. (Depending on quality) plus install plus paint etc etc, you're looking at a lot more then coils. A lip kit is cheaper, and isn't truly a "body kit." It's a simple addition to the bottom of the bumpers or side and can run 1-300 per piece. But once again, please search.
