[quote="gomdangie"]i tried to make my own clear corners, those diffusers i bought are very brittle, very hard to cut and they crack..

cut a square use a dremel to shape them and heat it up to conform it to stock and then trim some more.....someone on SL told me that all you need to do.

i can probably make it but i have to find the time..maybe next week can squeeze it in

^^^ cutouts to perfection. it would cost a lot of time and money to replicate the snap in factory kind.

A dab of superglue will hold 'em in place just fine.

Hey, and for molding 'em I think Neothin did his by heating up the plastic and shaping it over the amber reflectors.

if you try to cut it not heated it will shatter, if you heat it with a high powered heat gun it softens up and cuts like paper, once heated it molds exactly how you want it.

capt'n, superglue is BAD.

it goes on clear, but dries bright white. considering the sidemarker is clear... yeah.... you see all the glue.

up close my sidemarkers look like crap

(that's why a replacement projected is currently underway....)

Thats one thing I have been thinking about, what to stick them on with or just try to fabricate clips to hold them on
