Glue used by OEM to seal headlights together
Any body know what type of glue the OEM used to seal the headlights together on a tC. I know you can silicone them after the fact, but I'd like to be able to bake them apart next time I get in there. If so, does any body know where I can get some?

Goto a good auto body shop and ask them where their supply store is located.....there has to be one locally that all the shops use for materials.....they do not shop Home Depot for it.
At mine I found the push pins for like panels and all the equipment needed for auto body repair.....tools.........and every sealer known to man.
Calling around might not get you the results you are looking for as over the phone it is hard to explain..........so goto a shop and ask and show them what you are looking for........
rule number 1........if it is on a car it can be purchased........hope that helps.......at last my schooling in Autobody did some good........

you can pull/cut/tear it apart silicone once it sets... which is how you'd open it..
but melt? not really.. no.
