^ true! textured is low maitenance one

i just put a towel over mine when working on the car so that it doesnt get scratched. . . . we'll see what happens to it in a year , but again its cheap enough to just replace. I just love the glossy loook! :D

i dont know what youre talking about? please explain cause i just ordered this part and i use the oem hood prop. from the pictures i've been looking at, i don't see where the plate takes away the hood prop

thats cuz yourplate has a bend to it.

Doc I's and the other metal plates are flush with the frame beam, and yours bends over it alowing space for your prop to sit nicely

so doc i's and others make the hood prop unusable? but i thought the topic of this post was that the greddy panel made the hood prop unusable...

the diversion panel in that picture is a greddy one.

aren't we talking about this greddy air diversion panel? from the looks of it, it would have no problems with the hood prop... it has the bend and is not flush with the beam..

hmmm, not sure, i think there is one that sits flush like Doc I's from greddy, and that may be the one the OP is talking about, but Im not totaly sure.
