But I forgot to mention, my fogs weren't working as well.
I thought it just the fog light fuse gone bad. But I replaced it, and it still won't turn on.
Tested the bulbs and ballasts, and they are working.
So then I was looking at the vrd wiring harness in the cabin (looks perfect), then I noticed the stock wiring it was attached too, and most of the wires hose wires are melted =(

It seems like a possible solution.
Here is some help:

and I usually use this instead of electrical tape.

Just disconnect the battery whenever you work on electrical stuff.
You'll be surprised how many fuses people blow up, lol.
Maybe its just me

ok so now i have a new problem, i ordered another 9006 wire to try and fix my headlight but when i stripped the coating the harness did not seem to be fried at all...so i hooked up the new one anyway and to my surprise it STILL DIDNT WORK!
now im really confused: if the wire isnt fried why wouldnt the headlight work? and keep in mind if i plug the low beam headlight into the high beam side of the harness it works with no problems
i dont think this could be related to a fuse but i could be wrong...
any ideas?

turns out it WAS a damn fuse...really irritates me because i was told it couldnt be a fuse some time ago so i never bothered to check but sure enough it was a fuse
i drove around for nearly a year with this issue and over a 29 cent fuse lol
