i was looking to buy the bumper plugs, but recent posts show that there have been great disputes over the prompt delivery of the products. now i'm questioning whether i should purchase the product or not. could someone update me on how the delivery system is now? and if i need paypal to purchase the product? if another seller is suggested, could i be provided with a link to another seller of the bumper plugs?

btw ikona. if i choose to purchase the bumper plugs from you.. do i need to go through the transaction through PMs or can i just order straight from i-kona.com?

You can order it from i-kona.com. I know allot of bad things have been said about i-KONA but things are changing. Were building a stock of 20 sets per color so we have stock of each color to make sure everybody gets has a set sent to their house next week. If you ordered I can tell you that itl be in the mail by next week. If you order next week itl be in the mail next week also.

Im working my hardest to start shiping orders on plugs with in 2 days of order.

I will no longer be doing business with you for the fact that you say you guarantee your product.......but my key plugs do not match in color....and dont sit flush....even when turned. also the bumper plugs dont fit and i wont be drilling bigger holes in my bumper to make them fit......
This is one of the worst customer support and service ive ever seen!

All the info and instructions are posted on the first page about the bumper and key hole plugs which state if the hole are too big because how can one plug fit every hole in every bumper. I dont know what size screws everybody used. Most people dont drill the holes bigger but some do. Many say the plugs fit well with a little effort and come out just as easy.

The key hole plugs I cant guarantee 100% color match because each SW car is slightly different. Not even Toyota can match 100% color match. any body who has bought pre painted stuff from them will tell you that.

Like I said if you want I can send you another set and see how those work out for you and I have no problem against that. PM sent. I'm trying to help you out and be reasonable with you.

well, sorry to tell you that you wont be getting your money back.......and it will take a while for you to be getting your plugs. i hope your fit.......i tried to get my plugs in, but i would have to force them in........and i almost took the whole plug part off of the stem that actually goes into the hole in the bumper.......

so i was told by i-kona that i need to drill a bigger hole in the bumper to make them fit. why would i want to drill bigger holes in my bumper.....i thought thats why i was getting bumper plugs.....but i guess its not his fault since he doesnt know what size screws everyone was using......ummmmmmm lets try the same size screws that came from the factory!!!!!!!

anyways......good luck with your order and i hope that it fits, because mine doesnt!

i plugged mine with rubber, then after the accident the body shop decided, eh, we'll tell them we bondo'd if cause we think they're dumb asses. if you look at it, they just PAINTED OVER THE RUBBER.

ALL PM REPLIED TO!

Most people dont have a problem with bumper plugs but if you dont want to drill then you can also file the stems down. That can be done in a few seconds if you just get one sheet of 80 grit sand paper.

P.S Make sure your emailing the right email. I have my proper email listed on my website and on SL. Also keep in mind if your emailing me friday night or on the weekend I most likely wont get back to you until sunday night or monday. I need a weekend too guys.

Anyways... I was so posed to paint FM and BSP key hole plugs Friday but didn't get to. I'll be painting FM and BSP key hole plugs tomorrow and sending all FM and BSP key and bumper plugs Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday I will then paint SW and another color.

Just recieved a picture and a confirmation number from iKONA.

But I have to say that I have sent mutiple emails to you:

This gives an auto response: johnperez

and this on I never heard anything back from:HotShot

I gotta tell you the auto response saying you get back to me in 24 hours is much more frustrating when you are trying to figure out where you couple hundred dollars is. "Thank you for your email I will personally contact you between now and a period of 24 hours. Automated response.

John @ Delta Customs"

Thank you very much for sending the picture and I can't wait to get the garnish!
