After talking to them for almost 2 hours, if the hood isnt here by Friday, i am calling American Express to reverse payment. This is some poop.

Are you going to elaborate on why? A lot of online companies don't ever see the product. this is why you ask questions and don't just buy from there because somebody on here said it's all good.

ok this is what happened

April 15th - placed the order for the hood
April 17th - called to confirm the order since i never got an email with confirmation. So i called and they confirmed it and told me it would take between 7-10 days before it shipped.

May 2nd - Called Showstoppers to see if the hood has shipped, and this is what i was told.

"We have a tracking number for the hood, it appears it was finished, but when PilotAir came to pick up the hood, there was no package for them to pick up"

Now, when you go to pilotairs website and go to track the hood, it supposedly says that they were supposed to have picked up the hood on April 21st. Ok thats wonderful, but if that was the case, why are they telling me the hood was never picked up.

OK, so they said they would call me back after they spoke to Kaminari and PilotAir. I waited 3 hours for them to call me back and they never did. So that day i called them and spoke to someone else, who gave me a different line of $&^%.

This is what they tell me
Oh, it seems that Kaminari finished the hood today and just finished boxing it up. So even though theres a tracking number, it hasnt technically been shipped yet. Its shipping today so it should be there by next Wednesday, thursday the latest".

So here it is, Tuesday, one day before they said it would get here, and the tracking info has not updated since April 21st. The tracking info does say the hood was shipped on May 2nd and that it is expected to arrive here May 9th. But why isnt the tracking info updating???? I am very skeptical and if the hood is not here by the 9th, I am calling the credit company to reverse the charges and never ordering from showstoppers again.

Hopefully you get it soon. I never really go by tracking numbers because half the time the ones I check cant be found or are completly wrong.

They have not confirmed that they sent it yet but the order is in with Kaminari and they are producing your hood as we speak. We will notify you as soon as it ships. Thank you!
