If your about 75ft behind a vehicle and you can see your headlights on the vehicle in front of you's head rests they need to be aimed down.

thanx sum more. im really not one for HID's without projectors. so i dont think i will do it but who knows. im really trying to wait for umnitza b4 i get HID's but it all depends. either way i want projecotrs pretty bad. if i could find sumbody round me that would do it for cheap i might consider having sum made. but its a costly affair. i really mike maximus' but 700..... hmmm thats tough for me to come by for just lights.

both are illegal. all kits are illegal. even retros are illegal. but if you must get a kit, get a 6000k if you want to see more at night, get 8000k if you don't care about forground lighting and just want to have blue/purple headlights. stock OEM hids are 4100k.

They are only legal if they are DOT approved or if they are OEM.....

for anyone here with hid's on stock housing....... did any of you guys lower the angle of your beam???? or did u just keep it at stock angle????

Mine are a lil too low. Might have to fix them to put them a lil higher.

Oye...i was cruisin on 95 near co-op northbound..and ran into a silver TC dropped w/ some rims. He has by far the craziest HID's i have ever seen in my life. Have u ever seen him before? His HID's are blue blue blue blue blue. They are beautiful. i would actually consider selling my Projector/hid set up and just rock the stock headlights w/ those HID's.

Has anyone ever seen HID's this blue? truely insane...i loved them

There is a group buy going on right now on SL for Oznium HID's, the kit is going for $210 and it is your choice 6k or 8k. I am really unsure which I want to go with. I am leaning towards the 8k because I want more of the blue.

^^ Ya they do look more purple than the ones in my bmw but my bmw has projectors and i used the stock headlight for these ones. But i do have the same sets in both cars Xtec 6k. But i do know that different kits look different. Another friend has a Prolumen 6k set and his looks different than both of my sets. Who knows.
