OK so I had already ordered the 6 LED ones before I saw the other bulbs that Cabana bought.

I am going to have to put the 6 LED ones in when they get here and make a decision. It's hard to judge from the pictures because some peoples pictures look more blue then other peoples.

I wish someone could line up a new lexus next to their LED fix so that we could see the difference.

BTW does anyone know what the return policy is at superbrightleds.com ???

We have a 30 day return policy. Please email or call for return authorization (you do not require an RMA Number) if you need to return or exchange items. A copy of the invoice is required to return or exchange items. Please order small sample quantities of leds to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for the return of orders totaling $100 or more. LEDS (not LED bulbs) cannot be returned if the package has been opened, LED Bulbs and other products can be.
You are responsible for return shipping and we will not refund your original shipping change.

Open the hatch, remove the two panels, disconnect the plugs, twist the light enclosures to the left (you might need a wrench, grip the smaller sides), replace the lights and do everything backwards.

If the white ones don't light up, reverse the way you put the plug in.

There are also instructions in the manual, but they fail to mention it's hard to remove the light enclosures without a wrench the first time (after that they're easy).

Both white at an angle
Sorry, No camera.
I'd say based on what I'm seeing, These pics posted by " Cabana" are accurate.

It's a personal thing .

Those pictures are of the true-white ones, not the "blue" 6-LED ones.

OK let me restate. The WLED 6-LED bulbs I installed today look more like the bulb on the left in the picture above than the actual pics of the item listed earlier in the thread.
And yes, they are exactly what I was looking for but it's a personal thing. Hope it works out for you.

Hey, whats up guys. I don't own a Scion but I have been viewing there exterior mods on this forums for so long becuase no one with my car (Mercedes-Benz 230K Coupe) mods anything and the people with scions come up with the coolest stuff.

Anyway, I deff wanna do this. I saw that most people are ordering WLED 6-LED bulb; I just need a couple of questions answered.

Where should I order the WLED 6-LED bulbs from?

Someone said that you gotta remove the old lights with a werench and replace them. Is this hard? I'm limited here but I also want to smoke my tails soon.

Hey roffey...order your bulbs from superbrightleds.com . its a little hard to navigate through but you'll get to the page where you'll find the WLED 6-LED bulb. i think its $2.79 or something close. post some pics afterwards. oh and removing the lights is easy. just gently turn counter-clockwise. ul only need a wrench if they are in there super tight.

Here's some pictures of the white 6-LED on my FM. I think that the white cars have an advantage because of the paint.

Those look good, but it doesn't seem to cover the whole plate. I hope the 6 LED ones that I ordered are a little brighter. They should come in tonight or tomorrow. I will install and take some pics.

I agree with you about the paint color though. Cabana I think your original 6 LED lights looked so blue because of the white paint background.

I will post pics of mine as soon as they come in the mail.

The lights on the darker cars don't seem to be as bright... that was my point haha
