Won't mess up the wiring.

Is this an OEM replacement?

yea one of my projectors is fogging on the outter lense, mines a aftermarket, nothing special just a ebay projector... I live in a very humid area of florida tho so thats probally part of the reason but arent headlights vented?

anyone know of any fixes for this? Ive tried removing the blinker socket ( I use the bottom LED's as my blinkers) and it didnt make much of a difference, still fogged

Take the whole assembly apart, clean it really well (no bare hands on the projector leaves fingerprints) Then seal it back up. I had the same issue with my Ebays, went right back to stock after 3 months.

P.S. I didnt do the search for you, but there should be a DIY on how to bust them open and what sealant to use when completed.

so just cleaning them should do the job? Im thinking about just sealing 3/4ths of it with silicone and leaving the top open. dril a few small holezz too. forgot my ex wrecked my car back in the day and the was the headlight that got a little damaged.

You can reseal the edges really well w/o taking the assembly apart. Then vacuum the lights out so everything is completely dried out inside (shop vac to one of the light socket openings should be sufficient), then secure all sockets. You'll get rid of the fogging and shouldn't have any future reoccurances.

Saw this done to some OEM Audi lights my friend had that fogged up on the passenger side.
