^^ I was thinking the same thing... I've seen a few PnP kits that aren't terrible, but you have some NASTY glare going on there and I wouldn't be surprised if you get flashed by everyone and possibly pulled over.
I'm sorry, this is totally why I'm still against "kits" for HIDs. I think it looks horrible.

thats the way its suppose to be with a hid kit as long as the bulb sits in the headlight correctly and twisted on all the way. and to be sure, the ceramic tube with the return wire should be facing down, at 6:00 position. at leasts thats how mine looked when i had a kit. and every kit will cast those two stupid looking triangular light patterns on the side of the car becaues the optics and focal point is out of wack.

McCulloch being a chinese company will not have quality control like a Phillips, bosch, matishunda, or hella company would so you can expect each kit to vary in the output and beam patterns. Don't take offense to this post because I just ordered a 6000k kit for chopstix too and I'm not expecting anything near the cutoff of the stock lights. Its either big bucks for a retrofit or take the cheaper route and live with the cons of plug and play HID. In the end you get what you pay for.
ps. A little further down the road I'm going to pick up the relay from xenonpros.com for $40. If you have the ability, you can make your own for much cheaper but no chance in hell am I going to be able to. I dont have the tools, supplies, and the skill to make my own wiring harness.

yeah, until the projectors hit the market, or you have the time to do a retro fit we are all stuck with wierd patterns and other related issues........but you have to admit its way better then stock.
I have noticed the lowered Tc with kits seem to have a better pattern then the stock height.......

in the spirit of making observations....i have sylvania ballasts and 8000K supervision bulbs. I had this same combination in my mazdaspeed protege and got flashed countless times. i finally broke down and bought a HI/Low kit and rarely got flashed. With the tC I have yet to be flashed and i've had the bulbs in for 5 weeks. I've had the car for 6 weeks today
