My new paint (before, meanwhile and after)
Hey everyone just got my car finished last week, well kinda im still waiting to do some touch ups and one more buff and hand glaze before I can call it DONE. Here is a pic of how it looked before the paint.
I like it but it needed some change
ok like all paint jobs I started by sanding (and taking that darn decal off), well about 3 days of sanding and removing everything it looked like this
after all that sanding we started shooting the Hot Hues Xtreme Green, you can actually see a little but in the pics above on the side skirt thats cause we removed the doors and did the two tone on the inside first to make the exterior much easier.
After the green we started taping to get it ready for the two tone color that I had picked, black.
OMG Joe is actually working for once!!!
this is what it looked like after the tape was off
then came CLEAR!!!
let it dry for about 1 day and a half and you have final results
ohh yea I added a little touch of my own
haha thanks for looking everyone and let me know what you think or if you see anything I missed, I will add this in the final pics you will notice a gray line dividing the two colors that was made with small masking tape we decided to add that later but wasnt there to take any pics or of the wheels getting repainted with the green lip added I will post some of it in the sun soon.
