Need opinion from Experiences: GT touring or JP vizage Lip
I currently have the gt touring urethane body kid on my scion tc
Back when paint was new
For those who have experience with body kits, i need some opinion. But after few years the paint is chipping from various scrapes since the kit is so big. Looked like paint just not sticking anymore and its cracking all over place.
I was wondering is that normal ? or because i got ____ty paint job ? Is there anyway to repaint this kit like the oem paint where it won't chip and dry after few years of usage ? my concern is that this kit is good, but paint job seems like its not worth it.
For those thinking bout this kit. Also, to put the kit on they had to do some brackets underneath front and rear bumpers to keep it steady at high speed. Matainance is a lot for this kit too. I got into accident once and my front bumper was dented in, but it was fixable and you can't tell difference. Its true, urethane is almost indestructable, but seems lik you give it up for paint.....or maybe just me.
Then i was thinking about getting the jp vizage lip kit. I was thinking it be cheaper. Any opinions ? thinking bout mix/max vizage front/rear with different type sides
Jp with these sides instead
octane
Razzi
NIC
Etc. Anyone know if this kit is available ? or is it one those special ed. ones
Any opinions from owners /with body kits/experience ?

the last one is a spec so u would have to buy it from people who have that edition.
and i honestly think mixing JP VIZ lip kit with any other lip kit doesnt flow right.

I've had the JP lip kit on my car for about 8 months now and have had to get the front lip painted three times. I drive my car like a grandma, but there r some occasions like around downtown houston that there's no way around some restaurant parking lot exits. Last time I decided to get it molded and it worked great cuz it sits about an inch and a half higher than before.
Bottom line, JP front molded or don't waste ur time. U also have to take into consideration what they use to mold it, cuz it may crack. For something street friendlier, 5 axis.

yeah jp looks great just hard for daily driving.. the razzi front looks nice but the sides are too tacky.. 5axis is nice just too subtle and to oem so I wouldnt really want to spend on a pricey lip kit to look stock, reason i stayed with my oem ground effects with the rs1 front
