is it me or is the color completely off more as the metallic in the paint? Not feelin the eyelids, but to each their own.

Perhaps it may be the reflection.

If you have any idea, are they illegal in California? I was thinking about purchasing your eyelids and tint overlays on the headlights as well but I don't want to get pulled over for unknowingly illegal tinted headlights.

i've had my headlight tinted for almost a year now and have had no problems with cops in san diego and san jose.

as a general rule, it's only a problem if your light output is severely affected at night.

think about those cars that have lights that goes up and down (forget the name of those things).

True, I've sported my Overlays for at least 5 years with no issues whatsoever .

i wanted to get them, but its just another hassle to deal with cops in cali. most of the time you can probably get away with it, but there are those bad days where u can get screwed for anything.

I've sported smoked Overlays here in San Diego with no issues at all. They aren't too dark that you can see the lights. I also offer a lighter 3/10 tint as well . As far as the lids go, you should be fine as well.

thats what i was thinking also.
do you have any other pics?

Bat: if i get the reverse light overlays in red, is it just a small circle that covers that part or does it cover the whole light? also, will it make my reverse light look pink or will it still be pretty white?

The color is pretty darn close. The vinyl itself has a metallic finish. I've sold alot of my Overlays in FM, not one complaint .

As far as my tct3 reverse overlay in redout goes. Your reverse light will light up red, not white! I also have it in smoke if you're interested. Email me
