Default Nokya Headlight Bulbs Arctic White Stage 2

I am new to this site. I went to a speed shop and bought a pair of High and Low beams for my 06 TC. I installed them and the 1 low beam will go on, but after they have been on for awhile it goes out. The Bulb still looks good. I need Help!!! Has anyone else had a problem like this

no, but you might want to check:
-if the filament is still in one piece, if not, the bulb is burnt
-if you touched the glass during the installation, if you did, wipe with rubbing alcohol
-check the socket of the bulbs to see if there are any melting of any sort.

does it turn on every time but always shuts off?

i would definitely check your wiring...aftermarket bulbs can melt your existing harness if you dont upgrade it

Does it always turn on but just shuts off some time later? Or did it just quit for good?

What is the rated power draw of the bulb?

Just like the guy upstairs said, certain aftermarket bulbs can melt your wiring harness because of:

1. high power draw from your existing wiring
2. arcing from bad connections

Your stock wiring shouldn't be put to anything more than ~62w, and most 9006 bulbs are rates at 55.

However, I have heard pretty good things about the quality of Nokya bulbs as far as the construction goes. Light output and life is another story.

All I know so far is that, I had put the Bulbs in And they both worked. !hour went by and one went out. So then i was trying to see what had happened. I took the bad bulb out and switched it with the good one. That one worked. The next day I went back to the speed shop and the guy gave me another one to put in. It worked. By the time I got home later that day the bulb was out. The new one that i had replaced.

The New bulbs put out 100Watts Rated 7000k

Should I get the wire harness and try that? I went to the website and it said to use the wire harness.

At 100W, yes, you would really want a wiring harness.

No idea. I an not sure if it will help with anything unless it replace the entire stock harness.
