live in Washington state, rains all the time, never a drop on the motor, the ven it inbetween the radiator and the header and it has a lip so what does go in is very little and it jsut drops straight to the ground.

yeah I was a little worried about the vent when I got it since everything under my hood is polished, but it has stayed as clean as it did withthe stock hood on,the one bad part is the stcok hood heat blanket will not fit without modding it,I was too lazy to do so and ended up selling it to another person to use with their CF hood.

well i was skeptical about it when i saw it online, but i went in for a test drive, saw the color and it really wow'd me. and it was a brand new 08, and with the 09's coming on the lot they had to get rid of it and it was marked 2k off, and with my trade in and negotiating, i got one hell of a deal lol

haha..wait till you have about 11000 in to the car and you wonder WTF.....I got about 8500 in our and it still looks kinda stock.
Five Axis kit was another $450......materials to fix the front lip another $50.....paint is another $800........then I start the interior panels prepping for paint.......that is gonna be another $100 if I do it all my self, pondering doing them in body color and then using the bubble wrap lay on trick to give them a differant look, but it requires a lot of wet sanding and several layers of clear coat......it can get expensive fast......good thing is I did all the work myself so that cut down on costs a lot, only thing I am farming out is the kit painting.....figure a pro can do better than me.....lol
