Default Parking Light Bulbs

Hey ya, I have a question on parking light bulbs. What size and brand are people running. Currently my girl's parking light bulb blew and I need to get a replacement but I figured I might as well get aftermarket ones in a different color to match her HID. I know I can look in my manual book for the size but I figured this question is simple to be answered.

So..LED bulbs to my knowledge dont fit to well but if someone disagrees with what I have said, point me in the right direction. Any who, any advice is appreciated.

If it's so easy, how come you don't know the size? Just playing, man. You want replacements for the 194/168 size bulbs. Here's what I have...

WLED Miniature Wedge Base bulbs with High Power SMD LEDs

T3-1/4 (#194/16 type bulbs with High Power SMD
Wide Angle LEDs up to 120 degrees
Replaces: 194, 158, 168, 12256, 12961
12 Volt DC operation

I have them in Pure White. You can find them at superbrightleds.com. They say not to run these but I have SilverStars in my headlights (which run at a higher temp than HIDs) and I've had ZERO problems in 5 months. I will admit, they may not be as bright as you like them. Pix do not do justice to the brightness, If you order from said site, just be sure to order extra since they charge a flat shipping rate.

do you have any night pictures? Also the reason they say not to use leds are because of the temperature?

depends if you're using stock halogen bulbs. LEDs will fail after time when exposed to the heat of your halogen headlights.

ive got white LEDs for my parking lights and have had a set go out before. keep in mind im using HIDs so the heat output is less than halogen.

just go to autozone and pick up parking light bulbs there then u dont have to worry about them burning out cause of the heat. just get 194's i think thats what i got they have blue, red, white and yellow-orange which is what i got cause i did not want any problems with the law.

wow..haha did you hear about the I have reached 1000 post rule? LOL Im allowed to be lazy and ask you guys simple questions plus its just one thread. Im pretty sure others have the same questions as I, they are just afraid to ask. I would rather have a thread on something that is not commonly touched upon, then to have another thread about "Ways to make my tC faster".

When did THAT become a rule?! Does that mean I don't have to use sentences anymore? Hahaha.

Anyway, check autolumination.com they have some good stuff.

I just put on some Pilot L.E.D. Indicator Lamp LI-194W White for my parking and license plate lights. I had to take the bulb and flip it if it didn't light up, once flipped it was all good. I have an 09 tC, loving the OEM projector headlight setup should make the LEDs last longer.

I got mine off ebay, lol the ones I use are really cheap! I got the package of 10 and it had free shipping, I use them for every peanut bulb, and even my reverse lights :D I can find them on ebay if you want to see the ones I use, they fit right in, just make sure you have the lights on when you install them, they only light up one way so you may install it backwards.
